P.C.:- This is an Application by the Applicant for correction of his father's name in order dated 23rd February, 2018 and for other minor corrections.
The Applicant while preferring the Application No. 3028 of 2017 had erroneously typed the spelling of the name of his father as "Jaswant" instead of "Jashvant".
The learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submitted that it was an inadvertent error, which was crept in while typing the Application. In support of his contention he relied upon the PAN Card and Aadhaar Card of the Applicant wherein the correct name and spelling of father of the Applicant has been typed as "Jashvant". The 1/2
ssm 2 28-appp229.18.sxw name of the father of the Applicant be corrected accordingly in the said order.
The learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submitted that there are some other typographical errors in the said order dated 23rd February, 2018a) In paragraph No. 2, line No.1 the words "accused No.14" be corrected and read as "Accused No.2". b) In paragraph No. 3, line Nos. 11 and 12, and in paragraph No. 5, line No.3, the name of Court has been erroneously typed as "Metropolitan Magistrate, Mumbai" the same be corrected and read as "Judicial Magistrate First Class (J.M.F.C.), Thane".
Order dated 23rd February, 2018 be corrected accordingly. Application is accordingly allowed in the aforesaid terms. All the concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
