Mr. Jamshed Ansari for the Petitioner Ms. A. S. Pai, A.P.P for the Respondents-State CORAM : R. M. SAVANT & REVATI MOHITE DERE, JJ.
TUESDAY, 19th JUNE, 2018 P.C. :
The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner would not press the other prayers and would be satisfied if prayer clause (b) of the Petition is considered. By the said prayer clause (b), the Petitioner is seeking the relief that Nallasopara Police Station be directed to register a FIR against the persons mentioned in the said prayer for the offences which are mentioned in the said prayer. This relief is founded on the complaint dated 2nd June 2012 (page 19 of the Petition) of the Petitioner addressed to the Senior Inspector of Police, Nallasopara Police Station. It seems that the Petitioner has thereafter addressed letters to the Superintendent of Police, District Palghar. One of such letters is annexed at page 31 to the above Petition.

wp.1037.15.902.doc We, therefore, direct the Inspector of Police, Nallasopara Police Station to consider the letter dated 2nd June 2012 of the Petitioner and take appropriate decision thereon within four weeks from date and communicate such decision to the Petitioner. It would be contingent upon the said decision that the Petitioner can thereafter seek appropriate recourse in law.
With the observations as aforesaid, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
