1] Order impugned awarding maintenance at the rate of Rs. 25,000/- per month is subject matter of challenge. Challenge is based on fact that for the period from 2019 onwards, petitioner was not gainfully employed.

2] Order of award of maintenance is not complied with till this date. In response to Court's query, petitioner is not willing to deposit 1/2

3] Apart from above, the claim put forth that the petitioner was not gainfully employed for a particular period was not brought to the notice of the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division by appropriate pleadings so that respondent could have responded to the same. 4] That being so, no case for interference in extraordinary jurisdiction is made out.
