1) This is an application for restoration of bail Application No.1613/2015 which was dismissed for non prosecution. There is a delay of approximately one year in preferring the present application.

2) For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) and (c) subject to payment of costs of Rs.1000/- to be paid to the Maharashtra Legal Aid Committee.
