DATED : 21st OCTOBER, 2015 P.C. :- Perused the affidavit in reply of Smt. Chhaya Mankar, Assistant Commissioner and Designated Officer of Thane Municipal Corporation. In paragraph 7 of the affidavit, it is stated that the entire structure was demolished on 1st October, 2015 in terms of the order of this Court of which the breach is alleged. The photographs of the demolished structure have also been annexed to the reply. The learned counsel for the petitioner confirms the correctness of the statement made in the said affidavit. In paragraph 8 of the affidavit, Smt. Chhaya Mankar has tendered an unconditional apology for the delay. The apology deserves to be accepted. Accordingly, we dispose of the petition. The notice 1/2
