The Learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner has handed over a cheque of Rs.1,50,000/- drawn in the name of the Respondent to the Advocate for the Respondent, as per the undertaking recorded in paragraph No.3 of the order dated 30th October, 2017. As recorded in paragraph No.2 of the order dated 30th October, 2017, the Applicant is allowed to withdraw an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- deposited by the Petitioner with the Registrar (Judicial) alongwith accrued interest thereon, if any. In view of this order, the above Writ Petition as well as Civil Application stands disposed off.
