The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition in respect of electricity supply to the premises situated at village Kharabwadi, Chakan, Taluka-Khed, District-Pune.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that during the pendency of this Petition, the Petitioner has sold the property to a third party. According to the Petitioner, the third party has also cleared the bills of the Respondent-Electricity Company. Since the Petitioner no longer connected with the cause raised in this Petition, it is not necessary to keep the Writ Petition pending. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
