This Application is filed seeking deletion of Respondent No.2 from the array of Respondents. It is stated that Respondent No.2 is not a necessary party. Respondent No.2 was only a guarantor to the Appellant who had availed loan from Respondent No.1/Bank. 2.

In the Trial Court also Respondent No.2 was ex-parte. No relief is claimed against Respondent No.2. Considering above, the Application is allowed and is disposed of.

Appellant to delete of name of Respondent No.2 at his own risk.
