This is an Application received through jail. The Applicant has prayed that either his trial may be expedited or in the alternative, he may be released on bail. The Applicant is an accused in C.R. No.103 of 2013 registered with Mulund (Navghar) Police Station, Mumbai. The learned APP, on instructions, submitted that the trial pertaining to the said C.R. No.103 of 2013 has already commenced. The prosecution has examined two witnesses. She, on instructions, further submitted that the prosecution is intending to examine four more witnesses in support of its case and the Trial will be completed VRD
APPLN150.15 within a period of four weeks from today.
