Learned APP states that charge has been framed, but only as the present application for bail is pending before this Court, that the trial has not proceeded. The said statement is made on the instructions of Shri N.N. Ware, PSI, Saphala Police Station, who is present in Court.

Since charge has been framed and the trial is likely to commence, the present application is not being heard on merits. The trial of the applicant is expedited. In the event the trial does not conclude within six months from the date of receipt of this order, the applicant will be at liberty to file an application for bail.

The Officer, who is present in the Court, undertakes to inform the Trial Court of the passing of this order.

A copy of this order be forwarded to the applicant, who is lodged in Thane Central Prison, for his information.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of with the liberty, as above.
