The Petition is filed to challenge the order dated 5.1.2023 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Thane in Appeal No.10028/2022 and also the order dated 30.9.2022 passed by the Additional Tahsildar, Mira-Bhayander. 2.

Learned A.G.P. points out and it is also accepted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has challenged the order of the S.D.O. before the Additional Collector, Thane vide Appeal No.3/2023 which is still pending. Learned counsel for the Petitioner makes a Deshmane(PS)

Considering the submissions made, since the Appeal is pending I am not inclined to interfere by passing any order in this Petition. However, the Additional Collector, Thane is requested to decide the said appeal within a period of three months from today.

With these directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
