Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P for the State.

By this application, the applicant seeks his enlargement on bail in connection with C.R. No. 325 of 2013 registered with the Samata Nagar Police Station, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 376, 384 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act.

At the outset, the learned A.P.P states that in the present case, SQ Pathan 1/2

ba.556.15.doc almost all witnesses have been examined and only one panch witness is left to be examined. He submitted that the next date in the trial Court is 5 th May, 2015.

Considering the fact that the trial has come to a fag end, nothing survives for consideration in this application. Application is disposed of accordingly.

Since the trial has come to a fag end, the trial Court shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within two months from the date of receipt of the order. 6.

The Registry to communicate the above order to the concerned Court by fax.
