Petitioner and Respondent no.1 have filed Consent Terms dated 16th November 2022.

Petitioner is present in the Court, in person. He states that he has signed the Consent Terms after reading and understanding the contents in of the same. Advocate Mr. Huzefa Nasikwala appearing for Petitioner has identified his signature on

The Consent Terms are signed on behalf of Respondent no. 1, which is the partnership firm, by Respondent no. 1(e), Anwar Ahmed Jamil Akhtar Shaikh, who is the Managing Partner of the Partnership Firm. Advocate Mr. Ramiz Shaikh has identified his signature on the Consent Terms. Advocate Shaikh submits that Respondent no. 1 (e) is not well and therefore he is not present in the Court. The undertaking given in the Consent Terms is accepted.

Contempt Petition is disposed off in terms of the Consent Terms.
