DATED : 24th MARCH 2023 P.C:- On 11/11/2022, the Anticipatory Bail Application filed by the applicant was withdrawn, since I expressed my disinclination to entertain the same.

The learned counsel state that he has filed his second bail application since the charge-sheet is filed against the other co-accused.

I am not at all impressed by the said submission as once the Anticipatory Bail Application was withdrawn, it was imperative on his part either to surrender or the Investigating Officer to arrest him. But the learned APP state that in the charge-sheet filed against the co-accused, he is shown to be absconding.
