Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in view of the communication dated 3rd August, 2016 received from Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran who are Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in this Petition as the structure along with the land has been transferred to the Petitioner nothing survives in this Petition. Accordingly the Petition is disposed of.
