The applicant, after a full-fledged trial, was convicted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune and was sentenced for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, to undergo rigorous imprisonment for life.

Considering the aforesaid, the said prayer of the applicant cannot be granted. Hence the application is rejected. 4.
