This is an application for pre-arrest bail by the applicants/accused. The applicants/accused were given a contract for supply of food to the government school. However, on 6.2.2015, after serving food, 47 students had been poisoned. They suffered headache and giddiness and also vomited. So, they were admitted in the hospital. Hence, the offence was registered at C.R. No.21 of 2015 with the Akkalkot North police station, Solapur, for the offences punishable under sections 328, 336, 337, 274 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code against the applicants/accused. 2.
The learned Counsel for the applicants/accused submits that all the students were discharged from the hospital and their health is good. He submits that there was no intention to poison but it was an accident. 1 / 2

The learned Prosecutor submits that the Investigating Officer is present, who confirms that the health of all the 47 students is fine and there is no casualty.

In view of this, the interim bail granted by this Court is confirmed with the following order:
i) In the event of arrest, the applicants/accused shall be released on bail upon furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- each, with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount; ii) The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence; iii) The applicants shall not indulge into any kind of offence while on bail;
iv) The applicants shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer and attend the concerned police station on every Monday, between 3pm to 5pm, till 30.4.2015.
