P.C:- This Civil Application seeks to re-call the order dated 23rd February, 2017 passed by this Court, dismissing the Petition for nonprosecution, as Advocate for the Petitioner, was absent. The application brings on record the fact that the Advocate appearing for the Applicant was unwell and, therefore, unable to attend the Court on that date. Immediately, thereafter, this Civil Application was taken out.

I am satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application. Accordingly, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
