P.C. :- This Application has been filed by the Applicant seeking his release on bail by suspending the sentence for a period from 23rd March 2015 to 11th April 2015 as the Applicant intends to appear for Final Examination of F.Y.B.A. 2.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant has annexed copies of the earlier orders dated 1st October 2013 and 24th November 2014 indicating that this Court had granted bail to the Applicant for appearing to the examination.

We have heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant as well as the learned APP, who states on instructions that the Applicant indeed intends to appear for the examination scheduled to commence from 23rd March 2015. We, accordingly, suspend the substantive sentence of imprisonment and enlarge the Applicant on bail from 20th March 2015 till 11th April 2015. The Applicant shall be released on bail on the Applicant executing a PR Bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- and on depositing cash surety of Rs.10,000/- in the Trial Court. The Applicant shall surrender to his bail in the evening of 11th April 2015.
