We note the statement made on behalf of the 1st Respondent sugar factory that it will fully cooperate with the Petitioner in harvesting the standing crop of sugar. This will be done within one week from today. The Petitioner for his part assures full cooperation and says that he will not issue contradictory orders to labourers and workmen for the purpose of harvesting.
