Learned APP seeks time for want of presence of Investigating Officer. It is found that while protecting applicant by interim orders on 8th March, 2018, it was specifically noted that all other Sections in this Crime being 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code are bailable and Section 452 and 449 of Indian Penal Code which are non-bailable, are not attracted, as on perusal of contents of report, the alleged incident is stated to have taken place on 27th December, 2017 at around 7.00 am in front of office premises of complainant, which was thereafter continued in the office of complainant. 2.

In view of admitted facts in the report as aforesaid, the interim protection granted on 8th March, 2018 liable to be confirmed on 1/2
