The order impugned in the present writ petition is passed by the Assistant Registrar in exercise of power under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. The petitioner has remedy of revision under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. Hence, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach before the Divisional Joint Registrar under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. 2.

The time spent in prosecuting the present writ petition shall be considered sympathetically.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
