In view of the fact that a remedy by way of an Appeal under Section 9 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971, is available to the Petitioner against the impugned order, it is not necessary to entertain the above Writ Petition. By relegating the Petitioner to the said remedy, the above Writ Petition is disposed of. To facilitate filing of the Appeal, the Respondents not to precipitate the matter on the basis of the impugned order for a period of two weeks from date.
