Mr. Deshmukh appearing for respondent no.1 however, points out that respondent no. 2 in the present matter has already removed the alleged offending structure. He points out that yesterday, petition filed by respondent no.2 against respondent no.1 has been disposed of in view of the present position.

This court has yesterday disposed of W.P.(St) No.20900 of 2017 after taking note of the fact that the petitioner therein himself has removed that structure. In the present petition, nilegaonkar 1/2
