By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought direction for releasing him on bail in the year 2017.

Learned APP has tendered across the Bar, a report prepared and signed by the Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Jail. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The remark written in clause 10 of the said report makes it clear that the petitioner was released on bail on 29.03.2018.
