By this civil application, the applicants seek condonation of delay of 29 days in filing the civil application. The delay is vehemently opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2 on the ground that the delay is not sufficiently explained in the civil application.

I have perused the reasons recorded in the civil application. The delay is explained in paragraph 4 of the civil application. The reasons recorded therein are accepted. 3.
