The applicants are apprehending their arrest in Crime No. 121/2017 registered at Manpada Police Station for offence punishable under section 307, 324, 326, 504, 506(2), 143, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code with section 4, 25 of the Arms Act, Section 33(N), 131, 37(1) 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act. The applicants had approached the court of Sessions under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. The applicant had also filed an application for interim relief. 910.aba432.17.sxw considering the allegations against the applicant had refused grant of interim protection and has posted the matter for hearing on 15/3/2017. It would not be appropriate to interfere with the orders of the Sessions Court. The learned Sessions Court is hereby requested to decide the application finally on 15th March, 2017. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
