The applicants/appellants are challenging the Judgment and Award dated 15/11/2010 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Barshi, District-Solapur in L.A.R. No. 581 of 2002 and seeking stay till hearing and final disposal of the present Appeal. Stay in terms of prayer clause (b) subject to applicants/appellants depositing the entire amount of Award within 12 weeks from today before the Trial Court failing which the said Award will be executable.
