Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners who seeks time. As far as prayer clause (a) is concerned, the remedy of the petitioners is before the Chairperson of the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal. As far as second prayer is concerned, the remedy of the petitioner is to apply to the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal for giving out of turn priority to the pending revision application. As far as prayer clause (c) is concerned, the said prayer cannot be considered at this stage, especially, when the revision application of the petitioners is pending before the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal.
