Learned counsel for the petitioner has tendered consent terms dated 1st April 2024. The consent terms are signed by the petitioner, partner of respondent no. 3, Secretary/Authorised signatory of respondent no.4. respondent no. 5 and their respective Advocates. The signatories are present in court. The signatures of the parties and the parties who are present in court are identified by their respective Advocates. The signatories to the consent terms accept correctness of the consent terms as well as admit their signatures. Consent terms is not signed by respondent nos. 1 and 2 i.e. the Apex Grievance Redressal Court and the Chief Executive Officer, Slum Rehabilitation Authority. Clause 17 of the consent terms states that the consent terms shall be binding on the Executing parties and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, nominees, transferees etc.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 3 has handed over demand draft to the Advocate for the petitioner in terms of clause (9) of the consent terms.

Consent terms dated 1st April 2024 is taken on record and marked "X" for identification with today's date. 5.

Undertaking given in the consent terms are accepted. 2/3

It is clarified that the consent terms are not binding upon respondent nos. 1 and 2.
