Today when the matter has come up for hearing, the only prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to dispose of this petition by directing respondent No.2 Municipal, Corporation to take appropriate decision on the petitioner's notice/representation dated 27.10.2013. In view of the aforesaid limited prayer, without commenting upon the merits of the matter, we are inclined to dispose of this petition by directing the Municipal Corporation to consider the grievances raised by the petitioner in the said notice/representation dated 27.10.2013 and
