The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner on instructions submit that the Petitioner is released from jail on 01/11/2019. On instructions, she further submits that the purpose of filing of this Petition is served. In the light of the statement made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, nothing survives in the writ petition for further consideration. Hence the writ petition stands disposed of. The High Court Legal Service Committee shall pay the amount of Rs.7500/- to the learned counsel appointed for the Petitioner towards the fees for conducting the matter.
