This is an application seeking leave to appeal challenging the judgment and order passed by the Special Judge, Pune, in Special Sessions Case No.40 of 2014 vide judgment and order dated 27.10.2015, thereby acquitting the respondent of the offence punishable under Sections 7, 13(10(d) read with Section 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. The delay is of 17 days.

For the reasons assignd in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the application, delay needs to be condoned in the interest of justice. Hence, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Application stands disposed of.
