The application is moved for pre-arrest bail. The applicant-accused is facing prosecution for the offence punishable under section 306 of the Indian Penal Code in C.R. No.252 of 2013 registered at Oshiwara police station, Mumbai.

The learned Prosecutor submits, on instructions, that after interrogation, it is found that the custody of the applicant-accused is not required.

It is the case of love affair. However, the applicant-accused thereafter refused to marry and the girl committed suicide. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 10.3.2016, the applicant-accused has attended the concerned police station.

In view of the above, the earlier order granting interim pre-arrest bail is hereby confirmed on the same terms and conditions with a modification that the applicant-accused shall attend the concerned police station as and when called.
