The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction that, he should be appointed as "Shikshan Sevak" w.e.f. February, 2012. He was working as Drawing Teacher. The petition is filed in the month of March, 2014. No explanation is given, leave alone

Apart fromt hat, Mr. Rane, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.1, states that, at the time of interview, the petitioner was already serving as Shikshan Sevak in Mumbai Municipal Corporation from 16th September, 2015 and as such as per the policy of the State Government, he could not have been called for interview ion 2009. No case is made out. Hence, the petition is rejected.
