Perused the orders dated 7 March 2019, 29 March 2019 passed by Registrar (Judicial-II) and order passed by this Court on 11 March 2020. This Court had recalled the order passed by Registrar (Judicial-II) on 22 April 2019. The Applicants were granted two weeks' time to remove the office objections. In fact they were not removed and the explanation offered is of Covid pandemic and the restrictions. There is delay of 334 days in filing restoration application. 1 / 2

In view of that, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b), subject to removal of the office objections within period of three weeks.
