Petitioner challenges order passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai dated 27th September, 2012 in original application no.356/2012. It is submitted that on a wrong statement of facts made by the lawyer appearing for the petitioner, the original application was allowed to be withdrawn and came to be disposed of as infructuous.
