Learned APP on instructions in writing from Senior Jailor of Kolhapur Central Prison, Kalamba submitted that the Petitioner was suffering from deceases related to kidney and hernia. That, Petitioner was provided treatment at J.J. Hospital, Mumbai and C.P.R. Government Hospital at Kolhapur. However the Petitioner expired on 19.03.2021 while undergoing treatment at C.P.R. Government Hospital at Kolhapur.

In view of the above, Petition is abated and is accordingly disposed of.
