The order dated 22/12/2016 passed by the Family Court No.2, Mumbai is taken exception to by way of the above Family Court Appeal. By the said order the Petition No.D-87 of 2015 seeking custody of the child filed by the Appellant herein came to be dismissed. It is an undisputed position that post the passing of the said order dated 22/12/2016, the child has turned major on 27th or 28th December 2016. In view of the said supervening event, the above proceedings have turned infructuous. The above Family Court Appeal is accordingly disposed of as having turned infructuous. [SMT.
