Heard learned Counsel for the parties. This civil application seeks impleadment of the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.7. The application is duly served on the proposed Respondents. There is a delay in taking out the present application. The delay is explained in the civil application, by submitting that the factum of Respondent No.7's death was communicated to the Applicant/Appellant's Advocate in the month of February 2015. Anyway, there is no reply to the civil application. The delay is accordingly condoned and the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). The amendment shall be carried out within two weeks.
