This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal challenging the judgment and order passed by the Special Judge, Pune, in Special Sessions Case No.58 of 2013 vide judgment and order dated 23.11.2015, thereby acquitting the respondent of the offence punishable under Sections 7, 13(1)(d) read with Section 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. The delay is of one day.

For the reasons assignd in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the application, the application deserves to be allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). Application stands disposed of.
