This is an application for bail. The applicant is arrested in connection with C.R. No. 136 of 2020, registered with Airport Police Station, Mumbai for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 376 (2) (n) of IPC.

On perusal of the FIR, it can be seen that the complainant and the applicant were in relationship since 2015. There was physical relationship between them on several occasion. Subsequently, as alleged the applicant had not performed the marriage. The investigation is completed. Charge-sheet is filed. The applicant is in custody from 13th December, 2020. The relationship apparently is of consensual nature, hence bail can be granted.

I pass the following order.

O R D E R

i) Bail Application No. 1128 of 2021, is allowed; ii) The applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with C.R. No. 136 of 2020, registered with Airport Police Station, on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one or more local sureties in the like amount;

iii) The applicant shall report concerned police station once in three months on every first Saturday between 11.00 am. to 1.00 pm. till further order.
