By this petition, the petitioner essentially seeks a direction to the respondent No.6 to take cognizance of his complaint dated 24th January, 2022, addressed to the Vile Parle Police Station, Mumbai. 1/3

Learned APP, on instructions, states that the Police have investigated the petitioner's complaint and have come to the conclusion that the dispute is of a civil nature. He states that the said decision taken by the Police of the Vile Parle Police Station, Mumbai, on the petitioner's complaint dated 24th January, 2022 will be communicated to the petitioner today and in any event, latest, within one week. Statement accepted.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the aforesaid petition.

Petition is accordingly disposed of.

Needless to state that the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate proceeding as maintainable in law, before the appropriate forum/Court.
