Learned APP on instructions states that the trial has commenced and one witness has been examined till date. He submits that the prosecution intends to examine about ten witnesses. 2.

Considering the fact that the trial has commenced, it would not be appropriate to enlarge the Applicant on bail. Accordingly,the Application is rejected. Learned Judge is directed to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible and in any event within eight months from the date of receipt of this order.
