Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the Revenue Minister is not available for considering the application for interim reliefs filed by the petitioner pursuant to the order dated 5th February 2018 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.7712 of 2017. Four weeks' protection granted by this Court is expiring on 11th March 2018. Statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is accepted.

The learned Minister to consider the said application filed for interim relief by the petitioner within six weeks from today, without fail. Ad-interim protection granted by this Court on 11th July 2017 to continue for a period of four weeks from today. The petitioner is directed to convey this order to respondent nos.1 to 5. Learned A.G.P. to convey this order to the learned Minister for compliance. Writ Petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. Parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
