The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above Writ Petition which has been dismissed for non-prosecution by order dated 12.03.2015 on account of the non-appearance of the advocate for the Petitioner on the said day. The reasons why the advocate for the Petitioner could not remain present on the said day finds a place in the above Civil Application. Hence, accepting the said reasons, the Civil Application is allowed. Resultantly, the Writ Petition is restored to file. List the Petition for admission on 13.04.2015. The ad-interim reliefs which BGP.
