I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the review petitioners at great length in this review petition. I have also perused the grounds raised in the review petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners is not able to point out any error apparent in the order passed by this court. Review petition is accordingly dismissed. It is made clear that if any notice of motion is filed by the review petitioner before the City Civil Court, the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
