Learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application in view of the statement made by the learned APP, on instructions of PSI Kadam who is present in Court, that charge-sheet in the said case has been filed on 16-4-2015 in the appropriate Court.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to file an appropriate application before the appropriate Court.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty, as prayed for.

It is made clear, that this Court has not considered the merits of this application and the learned Judge shall decide the applicant's application, if filed, as expeditiously as possible on its own merit, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this application.
