At the outset, learned AGP states that the Petition has become infructuous by efflux of time, inasmuch as, pursuant to the order dated 05.01.2015 passed by the learned Divisional Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Socities, Konkan Division, Navi Mumabi condoning the delay, the main Revision Application has been finally decided by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Society vide Order dated 30.01.2015. Since the Revision Application is decided by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Society vide Order dated 30.01.2015, the Order dated 05.01.2015 challenged in the aforesaid Petition is rendered
WP 8988-15.doc infructuous.
