DATED : 23rd AUGUST, 2022 P.C:- The parties are at ad-idem that the mediation is successful and they have signed the terms of consent before the learned Mediator. The report of the mediation placed before me, reveal the arrangement arrived between the parties and it also contain a specific stipulation that the parties undertake to abide by the conditions, subject to which their dispute has been resolved.

In the wake of the above, the custodial interrogation of the applicants is not necessary and the applicants deserve their release on bail. Hence, the following order :-

O R D E R

(a) In the event of his arrest, the Applicant no.1 Rajesh Basudeo Agarwal and applicant no.2 Sanjay Basudeo Agarwal in connection of C.R.No.98/2022 registered with D.N.Nagar police station shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- each with one or two sureties of the like amount. (b) The applicants shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.

(c) The Applicants shall report to the police station as and when called for.

I would also like to place my appreciation towards the learned Mediator Sr. Counsel Mr.Rajiv Patil who has successfully mediated between the parties and assisted them in coming to a settlement amicably.

The appreciation shall be communicated to the learned mediator.
